ROUTE: HANOI - NINH BINH - HALONG BAY - SAPA

Day 1: Hanoi On Arrival – Welcome Dinner - Water Puppet Theatre

Our guide will meet you at Noi Bai International airport and escorts  you direct to a hotel in the center of Hanoi. C/in hotel first then the city tour will start in the afternoon with 2 hours cyclo tour around the Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple and Old Quarter streets. You are then attend the Water Puppets Theatre, enjoy welcome dinner, relaxing and over night in Hotel in Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi - Ninh Binh (Hoa Lu & Tam Coc Biking & Boat Trip) - Hanoi (B/L)

In the morning, after breakfast at around 7.30am - Depart from your hotel to Hoa Lu (2.5 hrs). Visit the historic capital of Viet Nam and the famous ancient temples of Le and The Dinh Dynasties.  Cycle for an hour on picturesque quiet roads through villages, rice fields, rivers and rocky outcrops to Tam Coc (12km) for lunch.

1.30pm - 15 minutes cycling on a country road takes you to Sunny Wharf, a small dock, for a sampan boat journey (1 hour) in the heart of “Inland Ha Long Bay”. Take in the beauty of the karst formations as you pass along their base and row into one of the many caves carved through the limestone.

Stop for a short rest near a small shrine before returning to the boat and making your way back to the dock (1 hour).  Cycle back to Tam Coc village.

4pm - Drive back to Ha Noi. Drop you at Hotel in Hanoi around 6pm. Shower, relax & overnight in Hotel in Hanoi.

Day 3: Hanoi - Ha Long Bay –  Sea Kayaking - Junk Boat Overnight (B/L/D)

- 07.45: After breakfast, check out of Hotel then pick up and transfer to Halong Bay.

- 11.30: Arrive in Halong City. Welcome by Vietnam Travel Advisers staff.

- 12.00 – 12.30: Welcome to Halong Bay and check in on Junk Boat.

12.30 – 13.00: Cruise through Halong Bay passing by some of the most scenic locations including Yen Ngua, Coc Coc Mountains and floating fishing village.

- 13.00 – 13.30: A Vietnamese and Seafood’s lunch is served in the restaurant on Junk Boat.

- 13.30 – 17.00: A fantastic cruise in Ha Long bay, visit Dinh Huong island, Ga Choi island, Dog island, Sail island, visit Sung Sot cave. Paddle from Titov beach to Luon Cave: Swimming & Kayaking. Optional of afternoon: tea with pastries on the Sundeck or in the restaurant and an aperitif before dinner.

19.00 – 21.00: Vietnamese and Seafoods dinner is served in the dinning room. Enjoy dinner on Junk. Optional night fishing and spending a night on Junk.

Day 4: Ha Long Bay – Hanoi – Lao Cai (Sa Pa) By Night Train (B/L)

- 07.00 – 07.30: Breakfast is served in the restaurant on Junk.

- 07.30 – 9.30: From Luon Cave toward islets in shape of Man’s head island, Tortoise island.

- 10.00 - 10.30: Check out.

10.30 – 11.30: The Junk go back to Halong city and Lunch in the Restaurant. After Lunch, the Coach pick up and transfer back to Hanoi. Drop you at Vietnam Adventures Office in 37 Ma May Str at around 16.30. Shower, prepare your luggages.

Until 8.00 Pm our guide and private car pick up and transfer direct to Hanoi Railway Station B for the 9.10 Pm night train to Lao Cai – Sapa. Overnight on train.

Day 5: Welcome to Lao Cai- Sa Pa Hiking Tour – Cat Cat Village – Hotel Overnight (B/ L/D)

You will arrive in Lao Cai at about 5.30. Short car trip (1 hour) to Sapa of about 40km from Lao Cai. Check in a hotel in Sapa. Relax or optional discovery Sa Pa Town by your own in the morning. After lunch, in the afternoon, 2 hours hiking to visit Cat Cat village with Waterfall, home of a Black H’mong hill tribe, which is just 7 km from Sapa town. Late afternoon return to Hotel in Sa Pa for dinner, relax and overnight in Hotel in Sapa.

Day 6: Sa Pa – Lao Chai & Ta Van Villages – Lao Cai – Hanoi – Train Overnight (B/ L/D)

In the morning, after breakfast taking a Jeep trip to Lao Chai & Ta Van villages, Home of Dzay and Black H’Mong hill tribes. While hiking around the village, meeting and talking with local hill tribes to learn more about their daily life, customs and traditional habits. Optional in the afternoon visit around Sapa town or take a rest before taking Bus trip back to Lao Cai train station, dinner at Lao Cai before get on the train return to Hanoi, train departure at around 9.00 Pm. Overnight on Train.

Day 7: Hanoi – Departure Day (B):

This day you will return to Hanoi train-station around 5.00 AM then back to Vietnam Adventures Travel Office in 37 Ma May Str for breakfast, take a bath and relax until our guide and private car will take you from our office direct to Noi Bai Airport for departure home or more visit the South of Vietnam. End of your journey!
